1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

a. Incorrect Product: In the event that we have shipped you the incorrect product, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect product, and upon receipt, we will send you the correct product.

2. Refunds

Cacao Guardians does not offer refunds for any products. We are committed to ensuring the quality of our products and take all necessary precautions to prevent issues such as damage or defects. Sometimes damages can happen due to the shipment, what is out of our hands, but we can provide support for you to make a claim to the shipment company. Please contact us at love@cacaoguaridans.com within 5 business days of receiving the product , with pictures of the packages and products and we will provide further instructions.
