Our journey begins online from October 28 to November 17, 2025. During this time we'll explore the theory of cacao and connect with its essence through daily rituals, including our cacao dieta suave, meditations and reflection questions. We will have five Online Group Meetings and an Online Container for exchange. This phase also allows us to bond with our group members and get ready for our adventure in Guatemala. Together we will prepare ourselves for the hands-on experience ahead. <3

Get ready to dive into the heart of cacao as we transition from theory to practice in beautiful Guatemala! From November 19 to November 26 2025, join us for an immersive experience where we'll explore cacao's essence firsthand. Our base for the practical part will be at the stunning KAWOQ FOREST at Lake Atitlan.
During our Immersion Week, we'll embark on a journey of experiencing each step in the cacao production, visiting the farm, meeting the artisans behind our artisanal cacao, and participating in ancient ceremonies guided by Mayan spiritual leaders. This hands-on phase allows us to deepen our connection with cacao, learn from Mayan and native wisdom, and experience the magic of creating sacred spaces. Join us in Guatemala as we bring theory to life and discover the transformative power of cacao in her homeland. <3
integration month: embodying the training

After the depth of the immersion, we transition into a month of reflection, embodiment, and integration. It is your space to land—bringing together everything you've learned, experienced, and become.
During this Integration Month and moving forward, you’ll have full access to our Cacao Guardian Academy Platform, filled with additional resources to support your continued growth—rituals, practices, and insights for anchoring this path into your daily life. You'll also receive a 1:1 mentorship call with Theodora to explore your personal integration, your next steps, and how to authentically share cacao—integrating her into your personal and business path.
This phase is about weaving the sacred into your life and leadership with clarity, integrity, authenticity, and purpose. It’s where the journey becomes yours.

My name "Theodora" means "God's gift." The scientific name for cacao is "Theobroma Cacao" (= "the food of the gods").
What a coincidence. or maybe not?
After my studies in economics and several years in various corporate jobs, I radically transformed my life. Through this, I not only regained my health but also my life.
Because I suffered from numerous stress-related illnesses. I had PMS, Hashimoto's autoimmune disease, hormonal imbalances, chronic gastritis, panic attacks, and sleep disorders. Just to name a few. Until the age of 25, for example, I had never slept through a single night. There is hardly anyone out there whom I cannot understand, with all the diagnoses I have had myself.
And how did I deal with it?
I went in search. For years, I tried various alternative healing and meditation techniques. I traveled to Nepal, India, and Central America in search of the one “magic recipe” that would solve all my problems.
Today I can say: Yes, I made it. I have healed all my illnesses.
But did I find that one “magic recipe”?
No.
Instead, I found something even more valuable: a colorful variety of highly effective and time-tested methods that could truly heal me holistically.

Encountering the cacao plant in the Guatemalan rainforest changed my life. It plays a crucial role in my healing journey and my current work. It is an ally that reminds me every day that we are part of nature. It teaches me repeatedly to find my way back to my heart and to encounter myself and others with mindfulness.

Currently, I am living in Guatemala and devoting my time entirely in learning about the wisdom of the cacao plant and the Mayan culture.

From the start, she was fascinated and inspired by the transformative power of the practice. Through intensive training and certifications, E-RYT 500h Yoga Alliance, she has expanded her knowledge and skills. With her empathetic nature and profound knowledge, she creates a safe space where you can truly be yourself. In her practice, you are free to laugh and stay focused; every emotion is allowed! Her goal is to help others connect body, mind, and soul and find inner balance. Her yoga classes are an inspiring path for people to overcome their own limits and regain new energy. The cacao plant supports her in connecting more with the heart. Joint ceremonies and mantra circles, as well as playing the harmonium, are now an integral part of her daily life.

Kim Maya is a multi-interested student of life that has been and still keeps exploring different cultures and their healing practices. As a result she has developed a keen interest in the magic of the cacao plant as a medicine for the heart. Since Kim's heart lies also in bhakti yoga - the yoga of love and devotion - she will be sharing mantras with us as well as supporting the training with soul nurturing yoga classes, inspired by the different styles she practiced and taught throughout the years.
